Dan and I had dinner the other night at a place called Dicken's, which is in the city center and has a great view for people watching. I had the cream cheese stuffed chicken with mashed potatoes and it was amazing! The best meal I've had in Norway so far. Dan tried whale. According to this article, Norway is one of only two countries in the world where commercial whaling is legal.
Dan says it wasn't bad, but I tried a bite and it was really gross. It tasted like steak with a fishy aftertaste. Never again. The moral of this story is to save the whales.
